About Us

Our Mission

To equip organizations with the tools, strategies, and insight to connect authentically with underserved communities — building trust, driving impact, and delivering measurable results.

Our Story

SMG began when our founder recognized something firsthand: even well-intended services and products can miss the very people they’re meant to reach. As a woman, a person of color, and a person with a disability, she experienced what it feels like to be overlooked—and turned that insight into a mission.

Solutions Marketing Group bridges human services insight with corporate strategy to help organizations reach and serve communities that are often underestimated. We bring systems knowledge, inclusive communications, and community engagement together to drive measurable outcomes.

Our work moves clients beyond one-size-fits-all approaches to create programs and campaigns that strengthen dignity, access, and belonging—and deliver results that last.
