From major brands to government agencies, our work shows what’s possible when inclusion is done right.

From Focus Groups to Future Partnerships

We led a series of focus groups with families of children with disabilities and adults with I/DD to better inform Medicaid service design. Our team recruited participants, partnered with trusted community organizations, facilitated sessions, and delivered actionable recommendations — identifying over 100 local partners for future collaboration.

Empowering Store Athletes for Inclusive Service

Nike engaged SMG to support the launch of the GO FlyEase, a hands-free shoe designed for people with limited mobility. Our team developed customer service training for the London flagship store — including video modules, accessibility resources, and live Q&A support for Nike’s in-store athletes — all delivered in under four weeks.

100,000 Employees. One Inclusive Vision.

SMG partnered with AT&T to advance disability inclusion across customer service and marketing. We led focus groups, developed on-demand training for 100,000+ employees, and advised on inclusive campaign content — helping AT&T become a recognized leader in disability confidence.

Scholarships That Spark Systemic Change

Carmen co-created a first-of-its-kind scholarship for students with disabilities to attend HBCUs, in partnership with the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO). With funding from the AT&T Foundation, the program provided multi-year scholarships and career development support to students across four universities.
